Plan Your Aisle LLC ("Aisle," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Aisle mobile application (the "App"), a wedding planning tool for engaged couples. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in using Apple or Google, we receive a unique identifier and the email address associated with that sign-in. Before you register, we may create an anonymous account on your device so your progress is saved as you use the App.
Wedding profile information. As you use the App, you provide details about your wedding, which may include your and your partner's names, your wedding date, location, estimated budget, guest count, venue type, style and aesthetic preferences, cultural or religious traditions, vendor details, checklist items, and payment amounts and dates that you choose to track. You decide what to enter.
Content you submit to our AI features. When you use features like Ask Aisle, vendor search, or email drafting, the questions and details you submit are processed to generate a response. See "How our AI features work" below.
Usage and analytics information. We collect information about how you interact with the App, such as features used and actions taken, to understand usage and improve the product.
Diagnostic information. We collect crash reports and basic technical information about your device when the App encounters an error, so we can fix problems.
We do not collect your precise location, and we do not use advertising trackers or sell your information.

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate responses, such as answering planning questions, drafting vendor emails, and suggesting vendors. When you use these features, the relevant information you provide is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response, which is returned to you in the App.
We do not use your personal information or content to train AI models. Under our commercial agreement, our AI provider does not use your inputs to train its models.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share information only in these limited cases:
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the App, which removes your profile and associated planning data from our active systems. Some information may remain in routine backups for a limited period, or in aggregated or de-identified form that does not identify you.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls that limit your data to your own account. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or limit certain processing. You can exercise many of these directly in the App by editing your profile or deleting your account. For other requests, contact us at hello@planyouraisle.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
The App is intended for adults planning a wedding and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
