Delete your account
Aisle is a wedding planning app from Plan Your Aisle LLC. You can delete your Aisle account and the information tied to it at any time, in one of two ways.
If you still have the app
- Open Aisle and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when asked. Your account and data are removed and you are signed out.
If you no longer have the app
Email hello@planyouraisle.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and complete the deletion, and we may ask you to verify the request so no one else can delete your account.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your wedding details and profile
- Your checklist, budget, and any payments you tracked
- Saved vendors and vendor notes
- Your Ask Aisle conversation history
- Your usage information
- Your Aisle login itself
We do not keep a copy of this for marketing or any other use.
What may be kept, and for how long
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your data from our systems right away. We do not keep backup copies. If you ever made a purchase, records of that transaction are held by the store or processor you paid through (Apple, Google, or Stripe) under their own policies, and we keep only a minimal transaction record where required for tax and accounting.
