You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. If you sign in through Apple or Google, their terms also apply to that sign-in. You can delete your account at any time from within the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own wedding planning. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App uses artificial intelligence to provide suggestions, answers, vendor recommendations, draft messages, checklists, and other planning guidance. This content is provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. It is generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suited to your specific situation.
The App is not a substitute for professional advice. We are not a wedding planner, financial advisor, attorney, or agent for any vendor. You are responsible for verifying vendor details, prices, availability, contracts, and any other information before you rely on it or make commitments. Any decisions you make based on the App are your own.
The App may surface information about third-party vendors and services. We do not endorse, employ, or control these vendors, and we are not responsible for their products, services, pricing, conduct, or contracts. Any agreement you enter with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor.
Some features may require payment. If you purchase a paid feature, you agree to pay the stated price. Purchases may be processed by a third-party payment processor or through your app store, and their terms apply. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable. We may change our prices or offerings at any time.
You retain ownership of the information and content you enter into the App. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content as needed to operate the App and provide the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to provide it.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access other users' data, disrupting or overloading our systems, using the App to violate any law, or submitting content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Plan Your Aisle LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or guidance will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plan Your Aisle LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plan Your Aisle LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
